  • Canada Goose breast meat
  • Bacon
  • Cream Cheese
  • Jalapeños
  • Seasoning Salt


Directions: Soak Goose meat in salt water overnight. Cut Goose into cubes. Wrap Goose, jalapeño, and cream cheese in strip of bacon. Apply olive oil each piece and seasoning salt. Grill at 375 degrees for 4 minutes and flip meat to grill for 3 more minutes or until bacon begins to crisp. Serve as appetizer.
